We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your product to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused and unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Products returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find any defects or damage to the product, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Products
Certain types of products cannot be returned, such as perishable food items (e.g., food, flowers, and plants), custom-made items (e.g., special orders or personalized products), and personal care products (e.g., cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your product.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of discounted items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the product you have. After the return is accepted, you can purchase the replacement separately.

14-Day Return Policy in the EU
Subject to the above, if the goods are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without needing to provide any justification. As mentioned previously, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and unworn, with the tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned product and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and add it to your account.
